The position available is for a Housekeeper working AM shifts with an attractive pay range of $17.76 to $18.76 per hour. This role is vital in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents, staff, and guests alike. The Housekeeper is responsible for cleaning all resident apartments, public spaces, common areas, and work zones, as well as handling laundry needs for both the residents and the community. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prefer prior housekeeping or janitorial experience
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must pass a criminal background check
- Must pass health screening tests including physical and TB tests
- Must comply with company health and safety protocols including COVID-19 vaccination and use of PPE
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong communication skills to interact with residents and staff
Job Qualifications
- Prefer prior housekeeping or janitorial experience
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong desire to work with the elderly and care for their needs
- Possess written and verbal skills to interact and communicate effectively with employees, supervisors, physicians, healthcare professionals, residents, and their families
- Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests, including physical and TB Tests
- Willingness to comply with health and safety measures including vaccination, daily screening, surveillance testing, and use of personal protective equipment
Job Duties
- Clean all resident apartments as directed
- Clean all public areas, common areas, and work areas as directed
- Complete community and resident laundry and ironing as assigned
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for all staff, residents, and guests, following established safety standards
- Encourage teamwork through cooperative interactions with co-workers and other departments
