The organization is deeply rooted in core values such as Reverence, Commitment to Those Who are Poor, Safety, Justice, Stewardship, and Integrity. These values form the foundation of their care philosophy and operational approach, ensuring a respectful and compassionate environment for both participants and staff.
The PACE Program plays a vital role in supporting elderly individuals by maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming atmosphere that complies with relevant organizational and regulatory standards. The job requires requesting and managing supplies responsibly, adhering to safety protocols including the safe handling of biohazard materials, and ensuring secure and organized storage. The role also includes promoting a respectful and calm environment, vital for participants, visitors, and staff, and working cooperatively with colleagues to meet the program's operational needs. Participation in ongoing training and readiness to assist other departments during emergencies further underline the comprehensive nature of this position.
