TouchPoint is currently hiring full-time Housekeepers to join their team at the St. Joseph Ascension location in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The Housekeeper position operates primarily on a full-time schedule from Monday to Friday, with rotating weekends and variable hours determined through the interview process. Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • perform light cleaning duties to maintain establishments including making beds replenishing linens cleaning rooms and halls vacuuming
  • provide quality customer service by offering one-on-one attention to detail
  • sweep scrub mop and polish floors
  • vacuum carpets rugs and draperies
  • shampoo carpets rugs and upholstery
  • dust and polish furniture and fittings
  • clean metal fixtures and fittings
  • empty and clean trash containers and dispose of trash in a sanitary manner
  • clean wash basins mirrors tubs and showers
  • wipe down glass surfaces
  • realign furniture and amenities according to prescribed layout
  • respond to guest queries and requests
  • respond to calls for housekeeping problems such as spills and broken glasses
  • contribute to team efforts and exhibit professionalism with customers and fellow associates
  • perform other duties as assigned
