The role available is for a full-time Housekeeper with scheduled working hours from 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM. This position plays an essential part in maintaining the cleanliness and overall upkeep of the facility, ensuring a safe and pleasant living environment for residents and guests. The Housekeeper will actively contribute to the daily operations by adhering to rigorous standards of hygiene and safety protocols, including infection control and hazardous waste management. The role demands physical stamina and the ability to consistently perform routine and repetitive tasks with attention to detail and care. As an interface between residents, guests, and team members, the Housekeeper is expected to approach their duties with a pleasant personality and patience, reinforcing the community’s commitment to respect and kindness.

In this position, the employee will engage in ongoing assessments of cleanliness and upkeep, ensuring that the facility meets the high standards set forth by the organization. They will be responsible for managing cleaning supplies and equipment, monitoring their functionality, and promptly reporting any malfunctions. Job Duties

  • Participates in on-going visual evaluation of the cleanliness of the facility and addresses any needed areas
  • Maintains an ample supply of cleaning materials and necessary equipment in a neat and readily accessible manner
  • Checks equipment daily for proper functioning
  • reports all malfunctions or damage according to department policy
  • Maintains appropriate logs and records in a timely and accurate fashion
  • Complies with infection control, hazardous waste removal, safety and all other company regulations, guidelines, and policies
