The role of a Full-Time Housekeeper at BridgeWater Senior Living Community is both vital and rewarding, focusing on maintaining the cleanliness of residents' apartments and community spaces. This position involves full cleaning duties of vacant apartments to prepare them thoroughly for new residents, ensuring that every appliance is spotless, functional, and in excellent condition. Housekeepers are responsible for detailed cleaning tasks that cover floors, surfaces, bathrooms, kitchens, and fixtures to uphold the highest standards of hygiene. Furthermore, the role includes supporting the upkeep of the community grounds through trash pickup and ensuring the exterior environment remains inviting and well-maintained.
Additional responsibilities extend to maintaining laundry facilities, ensuring washing machines and surrounding areas are tidy and safe for residents' use. The housekeeper also preserves the cleanliness of communal spaces such as the clubhouse, office, and fitness center by cleaning floors, windows, restrooms, and high-touch surfaces regularly. Job Duties
- Perform full cleaning of vacant apartments to prepare them for new residents
- Ensure all appliances are clean, functional, and in good condition
- Complete detailed cleaning tasks including floors, surfaces, bathrooms, kitchens, and fixtures
- Assist with daily upkeep of grounds, including trash pickup and maintaining a clean exterior environment
- Clean and maintain laundry facilities, ensuring machines and surrounding areas remain tidy and safe
- Maintain cleanliness of clubhouse, office, and fitness center, including floors, windows, restrooms, and high-touch surfaces
- Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns observed during cleaning
- Work collaboratively with the maintenance and management team to ensure units and common areas meet company standards
