Job Requirements
- Eligibility for employment in the U.S.
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds independently or up to 150 pounds with assistance
- ability to push or pull up to 500 pounds with assistance
- strong visual and auditory acuity
- manual dexterity
- ability to work standing or walking most of the time
- knowledge of aseptic technique and standard precautions
- willingness to wear personal protective equipment
- ability to work under pressure and in challenging situations
Job Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- eligibility for employment in the U.S.
- ability to relate and work effectively with others
- demonstrated skills in verbal and written English communications
- willingness to participate in goal-setting and educational activities
- previous experience preferred
Job Duties
- Clean all assigned areas and maintain appropriate supplies
- facilitate rapid turnover from case to case or patient to patient
- conduct room, general, and office cleaning
- perform scheduled project work such as wall washing, vent cleaning, windows, and lights
- demonstrate knowledge of aseptic techniques and standard precautions
- use personal protective equipment and chemical cleaners safely
- work effectively under pressure with patience and stamina
