Job Requirements
- A high school diploma or GED preferred
- Experience cleaning residential or commercial settings preferred but training provided
- Understands practices surrounding proper handling of biohazardous waste

Job Duties
- Thoroughly cleans all assigned resident apartments as scheduled by the supervisor including bathrooms, toilets, sinks, and bathtubs
- Wipes countertops and mirrors
- Sterilizes floors
- Wipes kitchen counters and under objects
- Mops kitchen floors
- Vacuums all exposed areas including edges
- Empties and rinses wastebaskets as necessary
- Washes inside of windows as needed
- Cleans all common areas including elevators, halls, landings, stairs, resident activity areas, lobbies, and model units
- Maintains a clean laundry room and stores chemicals according to instructions
