Job Duties

  • Clean and maintain guest rooms according to hotel standards and procedures
  • perform a variety of cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and making beds
  • replenish amenities and supplies in guest rooms, such as toiletries, towels, and linens
  • inspect rooms for cleanliness and report any maintenance issues or damage to management
  • follow safety protocols and use cleaning chemicals and equipment properly to ensure a safe and hygienic environment
  • adhere to established procedures for handling lost and found items and guest belongings
  • collaborate with other housekeeping team members and departments to ensure guest satisfaction and efficient operations
