Currently, BridgeWater Senior Living Community is seeking a dedicated Full-Time Housekeeper responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of residents' apartments as well as the community's common areas. This role is essential to sustaining the overall appearance and hygiene standards of the facility. The housekeeper will perform thorough cleaning duties, including preparing vacant apartments for incoming residents by ensuring they are spotless and ready for occupancy. Responsibilities also extend to cleaning and maintaining appliances to guarantee they are functional and in good condition. The role involves detailed cleaning of floors, surfaces, bathrooms, kitchens, fixtures, and other residential and communal spaces.
In addition to interior responsibilities, the housekeeper will assist with the upkeep of the grounds, including trash pickup and maintaining the cleanliness of outdoor areas. The cleanliness and maintenance of laundry facilities, clubhouse, office, and fitness center also fall under this role, including ensuring that floors, windows, restrooms, and high-touch surfaces meet the community's cleanliness standards. The housekeeper is expected to identify and report any maintenance issues or safety concerns noticed during cleaning tasks to the maintenance team promptly, promoting the safety and well-being of residents and staff. The role demands a detail-oriented individual able to follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines carefully, with the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment to meet company-wide cleanliness and maintenance standards. - Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience (apartments, hotels, or commercial cleaning preferred)

Job Duties
- Perform full cleaning of vacant apartments to prepare them for new residents
- Ensure all appliances are clean, functional, and in good condition
- Complete detailed cleaning tasks including floors, surfaces, bathrooms, kitchens, and fixtures
- Assist with daily upkeep of grounds, including trash pickup and maintaining a clean exterior environment
- Clean and maintain laundry facilities, ensuring machines and surrounding areas remain tidy and safe
- Maintain cleanliness of clubhouse, office, and fitness center, including floors, windows, restrooms, and high-touch surfaces
- Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns observed during cleaning
- Work collaboratively with the maintenance and management team to ensure units and common areas meet company standards
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
