The role of the Housekeeper at PruittHealth plays a vital part in this mission by providing essential cleaning services that promote a homelike atmosphere within the facility. The Housekeeper will handle a variety of tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, trash removal, and cleaning of bathrooms, glass surfaces, and resident rooms. The role requires attention to detail, adherence to infection control practices, and proactive maintenance such as floor care and dusting, ensuring that all areas remain hygienic and pleasant. Additionally, the Housekeeper may be required to handle tasks such as moving furniture for thorough cleaning, changing and rehanging curtains, and mattress turning, all of which contribute significantly to resident comfort and health.
