Cypress Cove combines unmatched amenities, fine dining, and refined decor to provide an exceptional living experience for its residents. The community features a full continuum of care including Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care, Long-Term Care, and Rehabilitation services, ensuring that residents receive personalized support as their needs evolve. Cypress Cove is renowned for its engaging and friendly resident-staff rapport, emphasizing a warm, supportive environment where residents feel at home and well cared for.
Cypress Cove is currently seeking a Full-Time Housekeeper to join its Environmental Services team. This position offers a Monday through Friday schedule, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with alternating weekends, at a competitive hourly wage of $16. The Housekeeper plays a vital role in maintaining cleanliness and a safe, healthy environment throughout the entire Cypress Cove campus. This includes resident apartments and rooms across Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care, and Skilled Nursing areas, as well as common areas such as corridors, restrooms, offices, break rooms, utility and storage spaces, courtyards, recreation and exercise areas, and occasional duties in laundry areas.
The Housekeeper's responsibilities are essential to ensuring that Cypress Cove remains a beautiful and welcoming community for all residents. The ideal candidate is compassionate, service-oriented, and dedicated to improving the daily lives of residents through high cleanliness standards and attention to detail. This role requires someone with excellent communication skills, a cheerful disposition, and a commitment to supporting the community’s health and safety by managing waste removal, cleaning of spills and leaks, and maintaining all assigned areas to the highest level of cleanliness.
Employees at Cypress Cove benefit from flexible work schedules without late nights, access to wages after payday, and the opportunity to build lasting relationships with residents and fellow team members. The community values its staff and offers a supportive work environment that appreciates employees’ passion and enthusiasm. Additional benefits include competitive health insurance, continuing education opportunities, paid vacation, a retirement plan with company matching, free daily meals with salad bar and homemade soups, telemedicine services for family members, employee clinic sick visits, milestone gifts, and referral bonus programs.
Joining Cypress Cove means becoming part of a vibrant community committed to excellence in senior living and outstanding resident care. The Housekeeper position is a rewarding full-time role for individuals looking to contribute meaningfully to the well-being of seniors in a dynamic and supportive setting, making Cypress Cove not only a wonderful place for residents but also a great place to work.
