Job Qualifications

Prior housekeeping or similar experience helpful
high school diploma or equivalent

Job Duties

Dust and polish fixtures, surfaces, and furniture
sweep, mop, wax, and/or vacuum floors
remove debris and trash from all office receptacles and property trash cans
wipe down doors and windows
examine rooms, halls, and lobbies to determine need for repairs or replacement of furniture or equipment and make recommendations to management
clean out globes over light fixtures
inventory stock to ensure adequate supplies for the week's work
order supplies by notifying Maintenance Supervisor
obtain list of vacant rooms
turn clean, during non-transition time
be respectful of residents living in open bedrooms
