  • At least one year of housekeeping experience in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality settings
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good time management skills
  • Friendly and professional demeanor
  • Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment use
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards

Job Duties

  • Perform routine cleaning of resident rooms, common areas, dining spaces, and administrative offices
  • Clean and disinfect bathrooms including sinks, toilets, showers, and mirrors
  • Empty trash and recycling bins and replace liners
  • Launder and replace linens, towels, and other textiles as needed
  • Follow the community cleaning schedule and protocol adhering to community guidelines and safety precautions
  • Build positive relationships with residents by engaging in friendly, respectful interactions
  • Report any maintenance issues, safety concerns, or changes in residents’ needs to the supervisor
  • Use cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and according to instructions
  • Follow infection control and sanitation protocols including proper handling and disposal of waste
