Job Duties
- Perform routine cleaning of resident rooms, common areas, dining spaces, and administrative offices
- Clean and disinfect bathrooms including sinks, toilets, showers, and mirrors
- Empty trash and recycling bins and replace liners
- Launder and replace linens, towels, and other textiles as needed
- Follow the community cleaning schedule and protocol adhering to community guidelines and safety precautions
- Build positive relationships with residents by engaging in friendly, respectful interactions
- Report any maintenance issues, safety concerns, or changes in residents’ needs to the supervisor
- Use cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and according to instructions
- Follow infection control and sanitation protocols including proper handling and disposal of waste
