- willingness to work some weekends evenings or holidays as needed

Job Duties
- clean and maintain community areas such as hallways lobbies lounges elevators and resident rooms
- follow daily cleaning schedules and complete assigned tasks each shift
- respect resident privacy always knocking before entering rooms
- use cleaning supplies safely and follow proper procedures for chemicals
- sweep mop vacuum dust and polish to keep spaces neat and sanitary
- clean bathrooms mirrors windows and light fixtures
- change bed linens and make beds as needed
- collect and deliver resident laundry in a timely manner
- report maintenance or safety concerns to your supervisor
- restock and organize cleaning supplies at the end of your shift
