This position is for a Housekeeper at an International hotel. The hotel is part of a global chain known for providing exceptional hospitality services and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. As a Housekeeper, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a pleasant and comfortable stay by maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of guest rooms and public areas. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous housekeeping experience preferred
  • Ability to follow safety protocols

Job Duties

  • Respond promptly to requests from guests and other departments
  • Fill cart with supplies and transport cart to assigned area
  • Enter guest rooms following procedures for gaining access and ensuring vacancy before entering
  • Replace guest amenities and supplies in rooms
  • Clean and tidy assigned guest rooms in accordance with hotel standards
  • Report maintenance issues and any damages found in guest rooms
  • Adhere to hotel safety and cleanliness protocols
