Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years of professional housekeeping experience in luxury or private residence settings
- Ability to handle delicate and high-value household items with care
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Physical ability to perform cleaning duties and manage household errands
- Willingness to travel weekly to the Hamptons during summer months
- Flexibility to work varied schedules including occasional weekends and extended hours

- Proven expertise in high-level cleaning and laundry, particularly with luxury materials
- Prior experience in a private home or luxury hotel/resort setting
- Ability to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced household
- Strong initiative and dedication to supporting a family’s lifestyle and preferences
- Professional, adaptable, and able to work well within a team environment
- Flexibility for occasional extended hours or weekend shifts
Job Duties
- Perform daily cleaning and scheduled deep cleaning throughout the residence
- Care for fine materials and surfaces including marble, silver, crystal, china, art, antiques, and other delicate finishes
- Oversee household laundry with precision and garment-appropriate care
- Assist with organizing household systems and completing ongoing projects
- Work collaboratively with fellow team members to support seamless household operations
- Run errands and support occasional events as needed
- Travel to the Hamptons during the summer
