- ability to operate cleaning machinery and equipment

Job Duties
- perform daily cleaning duties using appropriate cleaning equipment and supplies
- conduct major refinishing and maintenance of floors periodically
- operate cleaning machinery including 20-inch rotos, high-speed burnishers, and automatic floor machines
- utilize commercial vacuums and 24-ounce wet mops effectively
- comply with safety protocols and company cleaning standards
- support a clean and safe environment for residents and staff
- participate in on-the-job training to develop skills and techniques
