The Housekeeper / Floor Technician position is an essential role responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of community facilities. The primary duties include daily cleaning tasks as well as periodic major refinishing of floor surfaces. The role requires proficiency with various cleaning equipment such as 20-inch rotos, high-speed burnishers, automatic floor machines, commercial vacuums, and 24-ounce wet mops.
