It serves Southwest Riverside County as the only designated Trauma Center and a county-designated Paramedic Base Station. The hospital performs more than 4,000 surgeries annually and handles an average of 4,000 Emergency Department visits each month. It features a Bariatric Weight-Loss Surgery Center of Excellence and the region's only Total Joint Center. These comprehensive services make it a critical healthcare provider in the region, offering patients advanced treatment options in a supportive medical environment.

It houses the region's only Pediatric Emergency Services team for children aged 14 and under, staffed by board-certified Rady Children’s emergency medicine physicians. Rancho Springs Hospital also offers the area's sole OB/Emergency Department program, providing expectant mothers with 24/7 access to onsite OB/GYN physician coverage. Additionally, its Childbirth Center is the largest in the region, offering spacious, family-friendly private suites, complemented by a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) operated by Rady Children’s. Both hospitals are part of Southwest Healthcare and share resources to optimize patient care.

The available role involves performing hospital cleaning duties essential to maintaining a sanitary and safe environment for patients, staff, and visitors. Responsibilities include cleaning patient and non-patient care areas according to approved schedules and procedures, ensuring all areas meet strict hygiene standards. Operating equipment for hard surface and carpet floor care such as buffing, burnishing, stripping, and waxing floors is a key component of the duties. Providing a warm, welcoming atmosphere by greeting patients, families, and staff supports the hospital's commitment to a friendly and healing environment.

This position offers the opportunity to work within both Southwest Healthcare Rancho Springs and Inland Valley Hospital, with employees potentially floating between facilities based on operational needs.
