Mount Alverna Village, a part of Franciscan Ministries, is a well-established continuing care retirement community (CCRC) located in Parma, Ohio. This vibrant senior living community offers a comprehensive range of lifestyle options, including independent living, assisted living, and skilled nursing/long-term care. The Environmental Services Technician/Housekeeper role at Mount Alverna Village is a critical position that directly contributes to the comfort, safety, and overall well-being of elderly residents. This full-time, day-shift position (with starting times varying between 7:30 am and 8:00 am) involves a variety of commercial cleaning duties within a healthcare environment. - previous housekeeping experience preferred
- ability to work rotating weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Clean, disinfect, and maintain a safe environment in all designated areas
- clean, vacuum, sweep, and mop all floors and carpets
- clean windows and dust blinds and woodwork
- clean resident beds and rooms upon discharge, handling infectious waste appropriately
- maintain work carts, supply closets, and non-motorized equipment, keeping them stocked and clean
- perform other duties as assigned
- comply with all policies and procedures and any updates
