Job Requirements

  • Previous cleaning experience preferably in hotel housekeeping
  • At least six months of customer service experience
  • Previous laundry or housekeeping experience
  • Flexible with schedule including weekdays, weekends, and holidays
  • A service heart to deliver high level of service to guests

Job Duties

  • Keep guest rooms spotless by cleaning all areas of assigned rooms including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, washing windows/tracks
  • Refresh linens and amenities by removing dirty items and replacing with fresh ones
  • Restock and organize supplies to ensure the supply cart is fully stocked for efficient service
  • Report maintenance needs by identifying and communicating room maintenance issues to ensure prompt repairs
