Job Requirements

Experience in professional housekeeping within a fine home or private yacht
Ability to care for delicate and high-value items
Strong organizational skills
Flexibility to work varying schedules including some weekends and longer days
Long-term commitment to the role
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Ability to cook meals is highly desirable

Job Qualifications

Proven experience with verifiable references in a similar role within a fine home or on a private yacht
Strong knowledge of caring for delicate items such as crystal, silver, fine linens, and artwork
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
High standards of cleanliness and organization
Professional and cheerful demeanor
Long-term employment intent
Valid driver’s license and dependable vehicle
Cooking skills considered a major plus

Job Duties

Perform daily cleaning of the home including dusting, vacuuming, and polishing
Conduct deep cleaning projects during downtime
Care for fine furnishings, antiques, crystal, silver, fine linens, and artwork
Manage detailed laundry tasks ensuring all items are properly cleaned and cared for
Assist with kitchen duties including light meal preparation when required
Work independently and collaboratively with other household staff
Adapt work schedule to accommodate the principal’s residence and entertaining needs
