The Housekeeper role at BR Management is a vital part of maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and appeal of the various apartment homes and community spaces under the company's care. This position involves a broad range of cleaning duties, performed according to strict schedules—daily, weekly, and monthly—that cover assigned areas such as apartment residences, common areas, lounges, amenities, and leasing offices. The housekeeper is responsible for sweeping, dusting, mopping floors and stairways, vacuuming carpets and rugs, and managing trash and refuse disposal. Additionally, they will sanitize bathrooms, maintain dispenser stocks, and polish glass surfaces, woodwork, walls, and windowsills to uphold the highest standards of hygiene and presentation.
Beyond routine cleaning tasks, the role requires attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work independently within a dynamic team setting. Job Duties
- perform cleaning duties according to schedule in assigned areas such as apartment homes common areas lounges amenities and leasing areas
- sweep dust dust mop and wet mop all floors and stairways spot clean and vacuum floors rugs carpets and runners rotate runners in hallways and entryways
- collect trash and refuse from work areas and place in designated pick-up areas
- clean sanitize and polish both lavatory shower and sink fixtures and facilities stock dispensers as necessary
- dust wash sponge mop and sanitize dust desk and floor lamps clean and polish glass surfaces woodwork walls and windowsills
