This Full-Time Housekeeper role at Club Wyndham Waikiki Beach Walk Resort is designed to uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and service that contribute to a memorable guest experience. The Housekeeper will play an essential part in maintaining the resort’s quality and hospitality by ensuring guest units and public areas are pristine and inviting. Responsibilities include cleaning bedrooms, kitchens, bathrooms, and living rooms, vacuuming, dusting, sanitizing, making beds, and replenishing supplies such as kitchenware and toiletries. Additionally, the Housekeeper is expected to manage linens by sorting, counting, folding, marking, or carrying them as needed.

Beyond the routine cleaning duties, the Housekeeper serves as a key representative for guest relations by responding to inquiries, addressing concerns promptly and professionally, and helping to resolve guest issues to enhance their overall stay. This role demands a strong ability to communicate effectively with employees, guests, and owners, demonstrating professionalism and a positive attitude at all times. The position requires physical endurance with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, both independently and as part of a team.

The compensation for this position is competitive with an hourly rate of $26.75.
