Job Duties
- Keep homes in a clean and orderly condition
- Perform cleaning duties such as mopping floors, vacuuming, and cleaning bathrooms
- Ability to make beds with an aesthetic approach
- Perform routine maintenance tasks
- Laundry
- Maintain working condition of cleaning equipment
- Notify and communicate with managers of needs for repairs, property deficiencies, and missing or damaged items
- Close attention to detail and ability to problem solve
- Self-motivation and the ability to identify and complete needed tasks without direct supervision
