Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- minimum 1 year of housekeeping experience preferred
- proficiency in reading, writing, and grammar
- effective interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to bend, stoop, sit, stand, reach, and lift items weighing up to 25 pounds
- successful completion of post-offer, pre-employment physical
- ability to follow company policies and procedures
- reliable and punctual work ethic
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Complete assigned work schedules to maintain cleanliness throughout the community
- ensure all areas are safe and orderly according to company policies
- follow supervisor instructions and adhere to established procedures
- maintain hygiene standards in resident and common areas
- handle cleaning equipment and supplies safely and effectively
- report any maintenance or safety concerns to management
- collaborate with team members to support a healthy living environment
