We are currently seeking a devoted Housekeeper to join this seasonal team, offering a rewarding opportunity for anyone looking for a significant change of scenery. This role is seasonal and involves working six days a week with shifts that may vary throughout the day, covering mornings, afternoons, and evenings. The team you'll join includes a Chef, Landscaper, and an Island Caretaker, all committed to providing exceptional service and maintaining the estate’s pristine condition. Staff housing is provided on the island, with accommodations separate from the main estate to provide comfort and privacy.

The Housekeeper position is crucial for ensuring the home is impeccably maintained. Responsibilities include laundry, household cleaning, light meal preparation, and managing the organization of linens, towels, and household supplies. You will be responsible for preparing the home for guest and owner arrivals and departures, caring for fine furnishings with appropriate cleaning methods, and communicating any maintenance issues promptly. This role requires a proactive, organized individual who takes pride in their work and enjoys contributing to a well-run team environment. Comfortable boat travel is necessary, as transport to and from the island is by boat. Physical stamina is important, as the position involves standing, bending, and lifting while performing various cleaning and maintenance tasks.
