The role of Housekeeper at Blue Water Hospitality is an essential position that contributes directly to the quality and cleanliness of the property's shared facilities. Unlike traditional housekeeping roles focusing on guest rooms, this position centers on maintaining communal areas such as bathhouses and other public spaces, ensuring they are consistently clean, orderly, and "guest-ready" in alignment with the property’s high standards. This role includes responsibilities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, polishing, and ensuring all areas exceed sanitation guidelines before guest arrival. Additionally, the housekeeper supports laundry operations by washing, drying, folding, and sorting linens as needed. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to follow safety protocols strictly, and a cooperative spirit to work alongside other departments such as guest services and groundskeeping.

Job Requirements
- At least one year of commercial housekeeping experience preferably in hospitality
- Ability to stand, walk, use hands and fingers, reach, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, climb or balance regularly
- Ability to talk, listen, and provide excellent guest service
- Ability to frequently lift and/or move 25-50 pounds
- Specific vision abilities including close, distance, peripheral vision, depth perception and focus adjustment
- Commitment to health and safety practices
- Regular and reliable attendance
Job Qualifications
- At least one year of commercial housekeeping experience, preferably in a hospitality setting
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Job Duties
- Cleaning communal areas and bathhouses including dusting, polishing, linen changes, bathroom cleaning and sanitation, kitchen fixture and appliance cleaning, trash removal, vacuuming, or floor cleaning
- Ensuring communal areas exceed standards and are in working order before guest arrival
- Providing laundry support including washing, drying, folding, and sorting laundry
- Providing on-site guest support by responding to queries or requests with excellent customer service
- Collaborating with guest service, housekeeping, groundskeeping, and other departments to exceed guest expectations
- Ensuring the property is clean, orderly, well-manicured, and always guest-ready
- Demonstrating regular and reliable attendance
- Adhering strictly to health and safety rules
