- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior housekeeping experience preferred
- ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
- must meet health requirements and pass background checks

Job Duties
- perform daily housekeeping duties in resident apartments and shared spaces
- maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary environment in compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations
- support departmental cleanliness standards alongside the maintenance director
- communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, and vendors
- contribute to a positive, respectful, and welcoming community atmosphere
