Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to pass background and drug screening
- Commitment to working in a drug-free environment
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Physical ability to perform housekeeping duties including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays as needed
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience working in housekeeping or cleaning preferred but not required
- Ability to work well with seniors and demonstrate compassion
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain a calm, professional demeanor in various situations
- Willingness to learn and participate in training programs
Job Duties
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of resident living areas and communal spaces
- Ensure all housekeeping tasks are completed with attention to detail and professionalism
- Interact respectfully and kindly with senior residents, fostering positive relationships
- Collaborate with team members to uphold community standards and enhance resident satisfaction
- Follow safety protocols and company policies to ensure a safe environment for residents and staff
- Participate in training programs to continuously improve housekeeping skills
- Assist in reporting maintenance issues or resident concerns as observed during duties
