As part of this mission, Wasatch Property Management is currently looking to hire Housekeepers who will contribute significantly to the success of each apartment community. This full-time, hourly position offers a competitive pay range of $15.00 to $17.25 per hour, based on experience, with additional quarterly bonus potential reflecting outstanding performance. The Housekeeper’s main responsibility is ensuring that the interiors of apartment communities are fresh, clean, and consistently appealing. By maintaining this cleanliness, Housekeepers help develop a positive image of the community, encouraging residents to take pride in their homes. The role demands attention to detail and an ability to follow a structured make-ready cleaning schedule that supports the overall quality standards of the property.
The ideal candidate for the Housekeeper role is detail-oriented and task-focused, demonstrating strong communication skills and a personable approach that enhances the overall resident experience. This position involves building trustful relationships with residents, fostering a 'Resident First' mindset, ensuring residents feel valued and respected within their community. Collaborative teamwork is vital, as Housekeepers will frequently need to work closely with team members to identify and address any maintenance or cleanliness concerns quickly and efficiently. Job Qualifications
- General interest in custodial and or maintenance work
- Ability to demonstrate mechanical aptitude
- Ability to operate hand tools and power equipment used in grounds keeping, such as blowers and power washers
- Ability to follow detailed oral and written instructions
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends or on-call
Job Duties
- Ensure the cleanliness and freshness of the community's interior
- Build strong relationships with residents, fostering trust and making our community feel at home
- Respond to service needs and follow the make-ready schedule
- Maintain excellent amenity appearance, paying attention to details and helping to maintain great curb appeal
