Job Requirements
- Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, climb ladders, reach, carry objects, and crawl in confined spaces
- Ability to lift, push, pull, or maneuver weights up to 25 pounds independently and 50 pounds with assistance
- Willingness to work in all weather conditions including rain, snow, heat, hail, wind, and sleet
- Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends and holidays
- Ability to safely perform physical tasks as described
- Rare or regular travel may be required
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in cleaning or maintenance roles in property management or residential communities preferred
- Ability to operate golf cart with valid driver’s license
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work varying schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Clean the leasing office, clubhouse and common-area restrooms, the model(s), amenities and vacant apartment homes on a daily basis or as directed by the appropriate supervisor
- Ensure all vacant apartment homes and targeted show units are freshened throughout the day to maintain market-ready appeal
- Assist in the make-ready process by performing additional duties requested by Service Manager, Community Manager and/or Assistant Manager
- Inform appropriate supervisor of any observed hazard or potentially dangerous situation to residents, team members, guests, and others
- Maintain an appropriate inventory of cleaning supplies, and inform the appropriate supervisor when a re-order is necessary
