The hotel is currently seeking passionate and dedicated Housekeepers to join its team, with both full-time and part-time opportunities available. The Housekeeping (or Style) Department plays a crucial role in ensuring overall guest satisfaction through exceptional cleanliness and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong commitment to providing high-quality service, with a keen eye for cleanliness, proactive responsiveness to guests’ needs, and genuine care and consideration in every task performed. The Housekeeper is responsible for the thorough cleaning, arrangement, and maintenance of guest rooms within an assigned section, directly impacting guests’ perceptions and comfort during their stay.

In this role, attention to detail is paramount. Responsibilities include cleaning rooms in accordance with established safety, quality, and timeliness standards; checking and setting equipment such as televisions and heating/cooling; identifying maintenance needs and reporting them promptly; and maintaining linens and supplies. Housekeepers also manage their cleaning carts, ensure stock levels of essentials, and uphold safety and emergency procedures. The position demands physical stamina, including the ability to handle luggage or furniture weighing up to 40 pounds and maintaining an active presence in the hotel.
