Asset Living is a leading third-party property management firm with over three decades of experience in the real estate industry. Founded in 1986, Asset Living has grown organically from a modest property management business into one of the nation's most trusted partners in real estate management. Their extensive portfolio spans numerous property types, including multifamily communities, single-family home rentals, affordable housing, build-to-rent properties, active adult living communities, and student housing divisions across the United States. Asset Living prides itself on its commitment to fostering thriving communities and delivering exceptional value to its partners. The company values diversity, innovation, and collaboration, which have been the cornerstones of its sustained growth and success. They emphasize a culture where every employee's voice is heard, every idea is valued, and personal and organizational growth is encouraged. Recognized as one of the nation’s Best and Brightest Places to Work and ranked among the NMHC top 50 professionals, Asset Living continually sets itself apart with a strong reputation for workplace culture, growth opportunities, and trusted client relationships.

The Housekeeper position at Asset Living serves a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of the apartment community’s public facilities, common spaces, and grounds. This role involves performing daily cleaning tasks including trash removal, cleaning vacant units for move-ins, and upkeep of community offices and amenities under the guidance and supervision of the Community Manager. Attendance on-site on a regular basis is essential for maintaining these standards. The Housekeeper also supports resident satisfaction by responding to work orders and management requests related to common areas and residential units promptly and professionally. Besides cleaning duties, the Housekeeper must adhere to Asset Living’s policies and help enforce community rules, projecting a favorable image and fostering a positive living environment. The role requires basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA standards, as well as proficiency in on-site software functions with fundamental computer skills. This is a physically demanding job, requiring the ability to perform tasks such as lifting up to 25 pounds and working in various environmental conditions. Asset Living offers competitive compensation in the range of $21 to $23 per hour, commensurate with experience and skill set. Additional benefits include comprehensive health insurance, 401K plans with employer matching, paid sick days, company holidays, and performance-based bonuses.
