This job opportunity is for full-time and part-time Housekeepers, starting at $17.15 per hour with additional quarterly bonus opportunities of up to $3,200 annually, separate from base pay. Job Requirements

  • No previous cleaning experience required
  • Knowledge, skill, and mental ability equivalent to completion of two years of high school
  • Ability to walk and stand for entire shifts
  • Capacity to push, vacuum, reach, bend, and stretch during tasks
  • Ability to lift 25 to 35 pounds intermittently during the workday
  • Positive and proactive attitude
  • Willingness to work weekends including Saturdays and Sundays
  • Ability to work without direct supervision
  • Commitment to maintaining a cooperative and positive work relationship with all hotel departments

Job Duties

  • Maintain a clean and positive environment for guests and team members
  • Ensure exceptional and positive experiences for diverse team members and guests
  • Perform various hotel cleaning services to maintain guest rooms according to established standards
  • Visually inspect rooms to identify maintenance needs
  • Assist guests by providing linens, towels, amenities, or information upon request
  • Deliver friendly, courteous service with a Service Plus 1 attitude
  • Support laundry and public area cleaning tasks when required
