At Sunrise Senior Living, the role of Housekeeper is integral to maintaining the comfort and safety that define their communities. The Housekeeper is responsible for creating and sustaining a clean and hygienic environment for residents, their families, and fellow team members. This position involves detailed cleaning duties including resident suites, bathrooms, common areas, and offices, utilizing a variety of cleaning techniques such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing. Respect for residents’ privacy is paramount, with policies in place such as knocking before entering rooms. Housekeepers also manage laundry duties, including sorting, washing, drying, folding, and distributing linens while ensuring the replacement of worn items. The role requires strict adherence to safety and infection control standards, including the careful handling and storage of cleaning chemicals.

This is a full-time position with competitive pay ranging from $17.00 to $21.25 per hour, reflecting the company’s commitment to rewarding dedicated employees.
