The position of Guest Environment Expert is a pivotal, full-time, non-management housekeeping role at the Sheraton located at 6100 College Blvd, Overland Park. This role is focused on elevating the guest experience beyond just cleanliness and tidiness by ensuring the entire hotel environment meets the highest standards of appearance and hygiene. With a competitive hourly pay rate of $17.75, this role requires availability primarily during day shifts and weekends, with complimentary meals and parking offered as part of the employment benefits. Guest Environment Experts are entrusted with extensive responsibilities that contribute to the overall guest satisfaction and operations of the hotel. This includes moving freely around the hotel spaces to perform tasks such as fulfilling guest requests, replenishing supplies, cleaning guest rooms and public areas, and maintaining a safe and welcoming atmosphere.

Success in this role demands physical stamina, as it involves standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods, along with the ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
