MVW is currently seeking a Casual Housekeeper, offering an hourly wage of $31.40. This role entails up to 19 hours per week, presenting a flexible opportunity ideal for individuals seeking part-time employment in a vibrant, guest-oriented atmosphere. As a Housekeeper at MVW, you will play an essential role in maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of our villas. Your responsibility is not only to clean but also to contribute directly to the memorable vacation experiences of our Owners and guests.

In this position, you will be entrusted with cleaning all areas of villas including kitchens, bathrooms, dining rooms, and bedrooms, following established company standards. The role requires attention to detail, efficiency, and a proactive approach as you replace guest amenities such as linens, towels, toiletries, and kitchen items to ensure a welcoming environment. Communication is key; you will report room statuses to relevant departments to uphold coordination and operational flow.

Additionally, you will manage the housekeeping supplies, ensuring that your cart or caddy is stocked with necessary chemicals and tools and properly returned after use. A strong adherence to company policies regarding safety, maintenance, and accident reporting is mandatory. Beyond cleaning duties, the Housekeeper is expected to interact professionally and promptly with guests and colleagues, aiming to enhance the overall guest experience.
