This is a crucial full-time role responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of all resident apartments, common areas, and offices throughout the property. The Housekeeper will perform a variety of cleaning and maintenance tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming carpets, disinfecting surfaces, and proper waste disposal. Attention to detail is paramount, especially when cleaning resident apartments, fixtures, furnishings, bathrooms, windows, blinds, and heating/cooling units. The role also involves responsibility for cleaning walls, ceilings, stairways, elevators, and recreational areas while ensuring all safety protocols are followed, including proper placement of caution signs and use of protective equipment.

Additionally, the position requires the Housekeeper to assist with resident and community laundry duties such as washing and ironing, report hazardous conditions promptly, and ensure all cleaning chemicals are handled and stored safely. The ideal candidate will demonstrate flexibility, a cooperative attitude, and excellent communication skills to interact tactfully with residents, families, visitors, and staff.
