We are currently seeking dependable, detail-oriented Housekeepers to join our colorful and supportive team. This role is vital to maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and hospitality that our guests expect. As a Housekeeper at Hotel McCoy Tucson, you will be responsible for cleaning and preparing guest rooms, ensuring every space is neat, inviting, and reflective of our boutique hotel’s artistic flair. Your duties will include making beds with fresh linens, replenishing towels and amenities, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing all room surfaces and bathrooms. Meticulous inspection of rooms for cleanliness, maintenance concerns, and missing items is expected to uphold the quality that sets us apart.

Beyond routine room maintenance, you will also support the organization of housekeeping carts and maintain an orderly work environment. You will be tasked with cleaning public areas as assigned and promptly reporting any maintenance issues, lost and found items, or safety concerns. Following all company cleaning, safety, and sanitation procedures is essential to ensure the wellness of both guests and staff. Efficiency and quality are balanced in this role as you complete your daily room assignments, with a focus on providing friendly, respectful service when interacting with guests.

The Housekeeper position is perfect for individuals who enjoy a physically active job and take pride in creating clean, welcoming spaces. No prior hotel housekeeping experience is required; we are happy to provide training for motivated individuals. Reliable transportation, strong attendance, and the ability to work weekends and holidays are important, as is the physical ability to stand, bend, lift up to 30 pounds, and remain active throughout an eight-hour shift.
