We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Guest Environment Experts, a full-time, non-management position based at our location in Pleasanton, California. This role is critical in maintaining the cleanliness, appearance, and overall environment of the hotel, directly influencing the memorable experiences of our guests. Guest Environment Experts are entrusted with a variety of housekeeping functions, including cleaning rooms and public spaces, managing guest requests, and ensuring that the hotel spaces are immaculate and inviting.

This position requires individuals who are proactive, physically capable, and dedicated to upholding Marriott's high standards of quality and safety. Employees will be on their feet for extended periods, performing physically demanding tasks such as lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling objects up to 50 pounds without assistance. The role demands attention to detail, adherence to company policies, professionalism in appearance and communication, and a strong commitment to providing service excellence.
