This full-time, non-management position plays a vital role in maintaining the impeccable standards of cleanliness, comfort, and guest satisfaction that Westin is known for. Housekeepers ensure that each guest’s room is a sanctuary—a home away from home—by meticulously cleaning, organizing, and replenishing supplies. As a housekeeper at this Westin location, you won't just clean rooms; you will create an environment that allows guests to relax and enjoy their stay, knowing they are in capable hands. In addition to routine cleaning, housekeepers are expected to interact courteously with guests, respond promptly to their requests, and uphold a professional appearance and demeanor. The position also involves physical activity such as lifting up to 25 pounds, standing, walking, or sitting for extended periods, and adherence to safety protocols through mandatory training and certification prior to employment.

Job Duties
- Replace guest courtesies and room supplies
- make beds and fold linens
- remove trash, soiled linens, and room service items

- vacuum carpets and perform floor cleaning tasks
