As a housekeeper at Legend Senior Living, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of both resident apartments and common areas. This position is essential to ensuring that residents enjoy a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. You will be responsible for a range of cleaning tasks, including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and removing trash. Maintaining the housekeeping cart by keeping it clean, well-stocked, and properly labeled is also a key responsibility, as is assisting with related duties such as laundry or spill cleanup.

Job Requirements
- Experience in a similar position is preferred but not required
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
- Must pass drug screening as per company policy
- Ability to handle physical tasks such as lifting and prolonged standing
- Reliable and punctual
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills

- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Job Duties
- Cleaning resident rooms and common areas to include making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and trash removal
- Maintaining the housekeeping cart by keeping it clean, stocked and labeled
- Assisting with related duties as needed, such as laundry or spill cleanup
- Reporting any maintenance or safety issues promptly
- Following all cleaning protocols and safety procedures
- Interacting courteously with residents and staff
- Supporting team efforts to maintain a high standard of cleanliness throughout the community
