We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to join our Facilities team, reporting to the Housekeeping Manager. This role is critical in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming atmosphere throughout our community to promote resident comfort and health. The Housekeeper is responsible for the routine, scheduled, and as-needed cleaning of resident apartments, common areas, dining spaces, offices, and healthcare units, strictly adhering to established cleaning schedules, infection control standards, and safety protocols. The position plays a key role in infection prevention efforts by properly sanitizing high-touch surfaces, handling waste responsibly, and utilizing approved cleaning products and equipment. Candidates must have a keen attention to detail, a respectful approach to resident privacy, and the flexibility to promptly address housekeeping requests and urgent situations such as spills or infection control measures.

This position blends independent work with collaborative teamwork, requiring the ability to follow both written and verbal instructions and adapt to shifting priorities.
