The role of Housekeeper is vital in maintaining the high standards expected at Dexterra's world-class camp facilities. The position involves ensuring the cleanliness, sanitation, and overall presentation of guest rooms, dormitories, washrooms, and common spaces. The project currently consists of around 500 rooms but is expected to grow rapidly to over 4,000 rooms, which highlights the dynamic and rapidly scaling nature of this job. Housekeepers must be detail-oriented, dependable, and dedicated to upholding superior cleanliness standards. Reporting to the Housekeeping Supervisor or Lead Housekeeper, employees will work in a fast-paced, team-based environment with daily room assignments and thorough cleaning checklists.

Housekeepers will be responsible for a wide variety of cleaning tasks including bed-making, linen changes, dusting, garbage disposal, disinfecting washrooms and showers, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and managing laundry services. This role emphasizes safety and infection control practices, requiring adherence to PPE and sanitation protocols.
