The role of Housekeeper at Dexterra Group involves maintaining the cleanliness, sanitation, and overall presentation of guest rooms, dormitories, washrooms, and common areas within a world-class camp facility. This facility begins with approximately 500 rooms and is projected to scale up to over 4,000 rooms, making the housekeeper role crucial in providing a safe and guest-ready environment. The position requires a detail-oriented, reliable individual committed to maintaining high cleanliness standards. Reporting directly to the Housekeeping Supervisor or Lead Housekeeper, the incumbent will work in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting, following daily cleaning assignments and checklists to ensure timely and thorough upkeep.

Housekeepers at Dexterra Group play a vital role in supporting the hospitality and accommodation operations. Duties include making beds, changing linens, dusting, sanitizing surfaces, emptying garbage, cleaning washrooms and shower facilities, sweeping and mopping hallways, and completing room turnovers as scheduled. Additionally, housekeepers will handle laundry tasks such as collecting, laundering, folding, and restocking towels and linens, while maintaining cleanliness and organization of housekeeping carts and storage areas. Safety protocols, infection control measures, and personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements must be strictly followed to maintain a secure work environment. Furthermore, housekeepers are expected to report maintenance issues and assist with additional janitorial duties as needed.
