This position is for a Guest Environment Expert located at 1550 Court Pl, Denver, Colorado. The role is full-time, non-management, and offers an hourly pay of $22.80. Guest Environment Experts play a crucial role in maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of the entire hotel, going beyond the basic housekeeping tasks to craft a unique and memorable experience for the guests. They ensure that every corner of the hotel, including guest rooms, public spaces, and other areas, reflects the high standards that Sheraton is known for.

In this role, you won’t just be cleaning rooms. You will be responsible for responding to guest requests, restocking housekeeper carts, cleaning public areas, and assisting wherever needed to maintain the welcoming environment guests expect. Power and autonomy are given to employees to manage their areas effectively, ensuring safety, quality, and professionalism throughout their duties. The physical demands of the job require standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods, as well as lifting and moving objects weighing up to 50 pounds. Successfully fulfilling these responsibilities contributes directly to the comfort and satisfaction of guests while supporting the operational excellence of the hotel.
