The position offered is on an on-call basis with a pay range of $16.90 to $18.00 per hour. The role of Housekeeper at Oakmont of Brookside is central to maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of the community. The housekeeper is responsible for cleaning resident apartments, all public, common, and work areas, as well as handling laundry for both residents and the community. This role requires a friendly and courteous demeanor, reflecting the company's mission and values. The employee will be expected to promote a safe and secure environment for residents, staff, and guests by adhering to established safety standards. Moreover, the housekeeper plays a vital role in fostering teamwork by cooperating with co-workers and different departments.   • strong customer service skills
  • prior housekeeping or janitorial experience preferred

Job Duties

  • Clean all resident apartments as directed
  • clean all public areas, common areas, and work areas as directed
  • complete community and resident laundry and ironing as assigned
  • maintain a safe and secure environment for all staff, residents, and guests, following established safety standards
  • encourage teamwork through cooperative interactions with co-workers and other departments
