We are currently seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to join our team with a starting wage of $18.50 to $19.00 per hour. As a Housekeeper, you will play a crucial role in upholding the cleanliness and overall appearance of our extended stay hotels, contributing directly to positive guest experiences. The position involves a variety of responsibilities including removing and replacing linens, making beds, and thoroughly cleaning guest rooms and bathrooms using approved cleaning chemicals following OSHA regulations. You will also engage in guest interactions by welcoming them with a friendly greeting and smile, maintaining confidentiality of guest information, and communicating effectively with front desk staff about room conditions, maintenance needs, and any discrepancies noted during your work shift.

The role requires a keen eye for detail as you will perform self-room inspections and accept feedback from management and trained team members to ensure room quality meets HomeTowne's standards. Additionally, the Housekeeper position encourages cross-training in other hotel functions such as laundry, maintenance, or front desk operations, providing opportunities for career growth within the company. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of hotel cleaning or related experience, possess strong customer service skills, be able to work independently with minimal supervision, and adapt easily to switching between various tasks. A professional appearance in the company-provided uniform and basic English communication skills are necessary to succeed in this role.
