We are currently seeking a dynamic, service-oriented Room Attendant to join our growing team. In this role, you will play an essential part in maintaining the cleanliness and presentation standards of guest rooms and public areas according to company guidelines. The Room Attendant will ensure that rooms are properly stocked, beds are made with clean linens, and all guest spaces are sanitized to promote a comfortable and welcoming environment. This role demands attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently as a team player while meeting and exceeding guest expectations. The ideal candidate will also maintain knowledge of the property, hotel staff, services, and surroundings to best support guests and the overall operations.

This position is classified as tipped eligible, with specific compensation and benefit details to be shared during the interview process. The Room Attendant role supports Schulte Hospitality Group's mission by delivering superior cleanliness services and contributing to the positive guest experience that our company is known for worldwide. Job Duties

  • Ensure that rooms and public areas are cleaned and sanitized to company-mandated standards
  • Ensures that rooms have clean linen, bedding and towels
  • Understands and follows all safety and security procedures as mandated by the hotel
  • Maintain knowledge of hotel property, hotel staff, hotel services, hotel service hours of operation, and hotel surroundings (i.e. mall, restaurants)
  • Ensures that rooms are stocked with soap, tissues, drinking glasses, etc.
  • Identify items that guests have left behind and report items utilizing hotel's lost and found procedures
  • Other duties as assigned
