Job Duties
- Provide general housekeeping for the community and resident apartments including vacuuming, dusting, and cleaning common areas
- Clean and maintain appliances such as refrigerators and heat system filters
- Change bed linens and ensure linen supplies in each apartment
- Perform deep cleaning of apartments focusing on carpets, plants, pictures, railings, windows, and light fixtures
- Launder linens by washing and drying in community laundry facilities
- Follow company sanitation and safety procedures
- Greet residents and guests, serve beverages, cereals, soups, and salads from a service cart
- Review menu items with residents, take orders, and serve meals and desserts
- Return service cart to kitchen and assist with storage of perishable items
- Deliver trays to resident rooms as needed
- Bus tables, clear dishes, reset tables, and sanitize dining areas following food service guidelines
- Complete side work including replenishing sugar holders, creamers, and cleaning coffeemakers
- Perform other duties as needed and assigned
